| Abstract | This study proposes a tankless hybrid heat pump system for residential buildings. The proposed system directly supplies domestic hot water without a storage tank, improving spatial usability. To evaluate its energy saving potential, simulations were conducted comparing the proposed system to a conventional system with a storage tank under identical conditions. As a result, the proposed system was found to reduce primary energy consumption by approximately 24%. The system is expected to have improved space efficiency compared to the conventional system, making it a solution for application in dense urban residential buildings, and contribute to the realization of carbon neutrality. |
