열전 소자 기반 액티브 단열 패널 적용을 통한 난방에너지 절감 효과 분석

AbstractBuilding insulation has been traditionally achieved through passive strategies that minimize heat transfer by utilizing materials with high thermal resistance. Although various high-efficiency insulation materials have been developed, the complete elimination of heat loss through the building envelope remains a challenge. To address the limitations of conventional systems, this study suggests an active thermal insulation system that incorporates thermo-electric modules to enable dynamic insulation control. To evaluate the applicability of the proposed system, an energy simulation was conducted using the ECO2-OD program. The application of the thermoelectric insulation panel system resulted in an approximate 13% reduction in space heating demand, demonstrating its potential effectiveness in improving energy performance.
