온도차 에너지 하베스팅 기술 적용 BIPV 패널의 발전 효율 개선 효과 분석

AbstractIn this study, a building-integrated solar panel incorporating a thermoelectric and a phase change material was developed to enhance the efficiency of the existing solar panel and harvest solar heat, which can reduce the efficiency of the PV panel. The experiment yielded power generation of 160 mW/m2 during the day and 20 mW/m2 at night. Simulation results indicated that the optimal phase change temperature is 40°C, with a heat fin spacing of 12.4 mm and a thermoelectric element spacing of 187 mm. Under standard test conditions, the proposed system demonstrated the best performance.
